There's a storm a comin'

Enormous storm here at the moment! Driving rains, enormous winds and constant rolling thunder. Very cool. If you don't believe me, take a look at this mother of a weather radar image: 256km Canberra (Captains Flat) Radar.

UPDATE: In the time it's taken me to write this post and finish making my cup of tea, the entire thing seems to have passed overhead. Only light rain, the sky has lightened up, and no thunder. Very strange...
