Dr Seuss political mantras

I've just subscribed to the "Poll Vault" RSS feed, which is a blog being run by Matt Liddy on ABC News Online. So far it seems really good - a mix of election news and events and general analysis etc.

My favourite post so far is this one: catchphrases of John Howard and Mark Latham as Dr Seuss poems!

John Howard:
If you elect this Latham bloke
Sure as eggs, we'll all be broke
Rates will be higher on your house
And anyway, I'm no lying mouse

Mark Latham:
A vote for Howard's a vote for Costello
You don't want that smirking fellow
Choose John and you'll get more lying patter
But pick me and you can climb my ladder
