Google continues on its path to world domination with Google Desktop. I downloaded this the morning, and so far I have been very very impressed. Basically it means that you can use google to search through the full text of different files on your computer, including word, powerpoint and excel files, and emails that you've viewed in Outlook or Outlook Express. It even allows you to search your internet history and then visit the resulting page, looking how it did when you first viewed it.
Very cool. If this is what world domination looks like, I'm all for it. Only if it's run by Google though...
