3. 'Teach Me Tonight', Dinah Washington (the bargain bin at JB Hi-Fi a few weeks ago yielded this great CD called 'The Ladies & The Blues' for only $4. In addition to this great track by Dinah Washington, there's also a wonderful version of 'A Tisket, A Tasket' by Ella Fitzgerald. Top stuff.)

2. Kenya (I'm currently reading The Flame Trees of Thika by Elspeth Huxley, and I have this strong longing to see the area where my mother grew up)

1. Take the Trans-Siberian Railway all the way from Russia to the Pacific
2. Live and work in another country where I don't know anyone.
3. Get paid to watch television (hey, a girl can dream!)

1. I enjoy shopping (but only on my own, which I guess is not all that stereotypically 'chicky')

1. Girls who wear t-shirts with 'girl power' slogans, but who then allow men to walk all over them. Also, girls who think 'feminist' is a dirty word.
